The entire range includes satin, as well as machine- and spindle-mounted wheels. Flanges are available for machine flap wheels to adjust bore size. Applications comprise finishing, cleaning, light deburring, removing and cleaning weld seams. The products are suitable for these surfaces: stainless steel, standard steel, alloyed steel, aluminium, titanium, non-ferrous metals and alloys, plastics, fibre glass, rubber, marble, stone, wood, hide and leather.
Strip-it products are particularly suitable for cleaning welds without removing material or weakening the weld. Scale and oxidation are removed rapidly, while they also are effective in removing paints and clogging materials such as rust, grease and protective waxes.
Non-woven products for finishing, deburring, cleaning are: non-rusting with a spring-like action that conforms to surface; provide a controlled cut with minimum stock removal; and give a predictable, consistent and uniform finish.
